Cassie Gee - Founder at 3 years old

CassieSwirls is a 6 year old with the magic touch, creating Picasso-like masterpieces with only a few tools at her disposal. Beginning to paint at the age of 3, Cassie has proven to a successful kiddtrepreneur, making a name for herself and selling numerous artworks, within Australia and even globally! As her talents grow with her work, Cassie is proving that age is no factor when it comes to building a thriving and profitable enterprise. Similarly, with charities as a fundamental part of Cassie’s journey – she manages to make a positive impact on not only those who acquire her artwork but also the wider world around her.

Excited by this entrepreneurs fast-growing business, we had her answer questions about what the future looks like for her.


1) How would you best describe CassieSwirls?

Well, I painted when I was 3, 5, 4 and now I'm 6. I sell paintings to everyone all over the world who wants to buy them.

2) What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

I like to paint with glitter and I like to earn money. I can spend it on toys if I like.

3) Who supported you in creating/building your business?

My Mum Linda helps me using the Internet and getting the paintings ready and posting them online.

“Decide where you want to go and how you will get there. ”

4) What advice would you give to aspiring young entrepreneurs?

You have to decide what to do and get materials first to make things. My teacher wants to paint like me. He said that TWO TIMES!

5) To what extent would a platform like Kebloom have helped you achieve your dreams?

It breaks things up to make it easy [to start a business].

6) What has been the best part about starting up a business?

Getting money! And meeting new friends by posting and delivering paintings, being on the radio, and of course making people happy.

7) What skills have you developed since being an entrepreneur?

I can now do resin paintings and [know to] be careful with the colours I choose. Having a job [early on] can make the world a better place because you can make more money for your family and poor people and people can be happier with paintings.
